Within few minutes from downtown Montreal, the Sommets buildings by the River are located on a 15 acre peninsula in the southern end of Nuns’ Island. The 4 Sommets buildings offer a breathtaking view of the St-Lawrence River, Lachine rapids, wooded area, golf and downtown Montreal and are surrounded by beautiful gardens. Resident can enjoy a direct access to the bicycle paths and hiking trails crisscrossing Nuns’ Island. An independant building is used as a common entrance hall for Sommets phase III and IV.
